Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any ActiveMind Coaching program or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

ActiveMind Coaching provides specialized fitness programs including Fitness for Beginners, Women's Fitness, Senior Fitness, Posture Correction, Prenatal/Postnatal Fitness, Teen Fitness Programs, and Corporate Wellness. Program details, schedules, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register independently. Participants under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Certain programs (e.g., Prenatal, Senior) may have additional eligibility requirements communicated at enrollment.

4. Health Disclaimer

Our programs are designed by qualified coaches but are not a substitute for medical advice. You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program, particularly if you have pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.

5. Payment

All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through ActiveMind Coaching — including workout plans, videos, guides, and materials — is the intellectual property of ActiveMind Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ActiveMind Coaching is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs beyond what is required by applicable law. Participants engage in physical activity at their own risk.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Full Refund

A full refund is available if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the program start date. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refund

If you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date or after the program has begun.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: digital downloads, recorded session libraries, completed one-on-one coaching sessions, and any promotional or discounted packages marked as final sale.

Program Interruption

If ActiveMind Coaching cancels or significantly modifies a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent program at no additional cost.

Medical Exceptions

We understand that health circumstances can change. If you are unable to participate due to a medical condition, please contact us at help@activemindcoachingandfitness.com with documentation, and we will review your case individually.

Corporate Wellness Packages

Refund terms for corporate wellness contracts are governed by the individual service agreement signed at the time of purchase. Please refer to your contract or contact our team for details.
